Provided integrated investment arrangement services, which included representing the owners in negotiations with fund managers. We worked on structuring the fund and arranging the land to achieve the best possible commercial terms regarding returns, cost structuring, and risk allocation. The services also included assisting in arranging appropriate financing and managing the developer selection process by preparing and issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluating bids, negotiating, and closing with the selected developer. This ensured proper governance and compliance with the approved investment strategy throughout all execution stages.
