This also covered managing the developer selection process via RFPs, evaluating offers, and finalizing agreements to ensure strict governance and execution efficiency aligned with the project’s strategic vision and value maximization.

Provided integrated investment arrangement services, which included representing the owners in negotiations with fund managers. The services also included assisting in arranging appropriate financing and managing the developer selection process by preparing and issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluating bids, negotiating, and closing with the selected developer.
